• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the minimum total bet amount a member must place before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and operate a tez888 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.

• You must be a natural person of at least 18 years of age.

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely and fully responsible for all activity conducted through your tez888 account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawal instructions submitted, regardless of whether those actions were authorised by you personally.

You must not share your tez888 username, password, or any account access credentials with any other person. tez888 will not be held liable for any financial loss, bonus misuse, or account compromise arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login details.

tez888 recommends the use of a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service. You are responsible for updating your account password if you believe it has been compromised.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Bonuses and Promotions

tez888 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing members from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, seasonal Eid promotions, Ramadan specials, and PKR-denominated deposit match offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general conditions below.

• Bonuses are credited to your tez888 account wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per member, per promotion, unless stated otherwise. Duplicate accounts created to claim additional bonuses will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts and potential permanent account closure.

• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash prior to meeting the applicable wagering requirement.

Betting and Gaming Rules

Each product category is governed by specific product rules in addition to these general Terms. Where product-specific rules conflict with these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that product only.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the tez888 platform. Any member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Registering more than one tez888 account or assisting any other person to register multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the tez888 platform in a manner not intended for human users.

• Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

• Communicating with tez888 staff or other members in a threatening, abusive, or harassing manner.

Responsible Gaming

tez888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all members. We recognise that for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic. tez888 provides a range of tools and resources to help members manage their gaming activity responsibly.

• Deposit limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, these limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: Members may set session time reminders to receive notifications when a specified duration of continuous gaming activity has elapsed.

Suspension and Termination

tez888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its absolute discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a member's bank or payment provider.
• A member's voluntary request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon account closure for cause, tez888 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, eligible balances will be returned to the member via the original deposit method. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus abuse will be permanently forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

tez888 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings — arising from your use of or inability to access the tez888 platform, whether or not such losses were foreseeable or tez888 had been advised of their possibility.

tez888 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond tez888's reasonable control may cause temporary service unavailability. tez888 shall not be held liable for losses incurred by members during any period of platform unavailability.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the tez888 platform — including but not limited to game designs, software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall platform architecture — is the property of tez888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the tez888 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any tez888 content without our prior written consent.

Unauthorised use of tez888 intellectual property — including the tez888 brand name, logo, or any associated marks — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Amendments to These Terms

tez888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
